Someone just tried to offer me a cultural treaty. I could not accept it normally because all my museums are full. I did find a way around it which I now share.
If someone offers you a cultural treaty and it says "you must have a museum and cultural points" or something similar, you can just send that person a normal message and select "accept cultural treaty" as the subject and it will override the need for space in your museum.
Viola! You now have one more extra cultural treaty you can't use.

It always let's me accept them anyway, even if i haven't got space  I'm always in front lol |

It always let's me accept them anyway, even if i haven't got space I'm always in front lol If the number of cultural treaties EXACTLY EQUALS the space you have, the game won't let you auto-accept them from a message. That seems to be the only time it gives you the error I mentioned. |
